Convert EPS to PNG

Both use ghostscript to do the actual rendering.

There are two challenges: making the eps into a postscript file, and dealing with the fact that the only gs driver that
does anti-aliasing is the pnm driver (producing pgm or ppm files). Then you can run pnmtopng to get a png file:
